The Department of Biology at the University of Southern Denmark, Odense, invites applications for a three-year postdoc position in Aquatic Toxicology to start as soon as possible.
The position is part of the EU Horizon 2020 project ERGO and the successful candidate will therefore collaborate with both national and international colleagues and is expected to actively participate in knowledge-sharing with peers. The aims of ERGO are to develop biomarkers and endpoints to detect effects of thyroid disrupting chemicals in fish and to compare effects to other vertebrate classes via development of an Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) network. The final and overarching goal is to improve existing OECD test guidelines for the detection of endocrine disrupting chemicals.
